Raptor near Metama (Sudan border to Ethiopia)

At first sight, I thought a Dark Chanting Goshawk but then I saw a Pic of an Ovambo Sparrowhawk and now I am not shure about my first ID.

Dark Chanting is correct, Ovambo has thinner legs and very long toes
