Ngorongoro Tanzania Jan 2020 - 2 Harrier

Having trouble to decide on this Harrier , i saw a beautiful male Pallid close by , so i under if this could be a female as the withe circle around the neck seams to be very intense for a Montagu,s.

Pallid for me too, tho' I'd go for adult female (streaked breast, not plain orangey tones)
