Same old stuff- different day.

The cardinals were here "a plenty" this evening, thankfully, I love looking at them. I never wear red and I don't drive a red car and in fact I usually say that I don't like the color red at all. But, phewww, on a cardinal it looks good doesn't it?

**Sigh**..... I could sit there and watch cardinals for hours. It's probably a really good thing that I don't have them here. I'd never get anything accomplished!

Thanks for my daily red bird fill, Alan! :)

Sure the daddy helps out and even other members of the family group will feed too. I think once they have fledged and are flying behind the adults to the feeding places, any older bird will feed the little ones. Doesn't matter who the actual parents were. Once a few years ago, I saw three different adults feed the same baby in just a few minutes. Maybe they were all trying to get it to shut up. Keep on watching!!
