The shadows are a bit distracting (they kind of look like spots on the breast), but I believe you are right.
 
Yes... Boyce Thompson Arboretum...

The bird was making a stir with the many birders there... (and Me)
It was difficult to get a good shot, perhaps I'll return to improve the shot.
