Replacement for TZ5 (1 Viewer)

My Panasonic Lumix TZ5 has finally given up the ghost after many years faithful service.

Can anyone recommend a good current stills camera for everyday use that...
- takes excellent close-up pictures (not macro - just butterflies, moths etc)
- at least 10x optical zoom
- easily fits in a pocket (which rules out bridge cameras)
- has a flash whose intensity can be adjusted
- has a good hand-grip
- good for holiday snaps too

Thanks!
