Seems to be a bit out of range for Little Stint, can anyone confirm it definitely is one, rather than the more to-be-expected Red-necked Stint?

Not ubelievable but pretty uncommon AFAIK.

Thanks! Yep, I'm sure that Little Stint will be recorded on the Thai list, but can this pic be identified as one for certain? I've no experience of either Little or Red-necked in adult winter plumage, but the slender dark streaks (covert feather rachises) fits the description for Red-necked in Hayman et al. Shorebirds better (Little there stated as having broader, more diffuse streaks).

In my opinion this image is of a Red-necked Stint. Structure is classic, with a flat-backed appearance and attentuated rear end.

...also the bill seems a bit blunt which is better for RN Stint.
