I am looking for confirmation that this is a red grouse, it was taken in the peak district today. Would anyone know the name of this insect taken at Dearne Valley

Can assure you that the bird is a red grouse, and I think the dragonfly is a four spotted chaser but I'll stand being corrected on that.
