Wow! Wonderful news!

I hope that it can be well protected. Among others, breeding in wildfowl parks can be tried, like with Hawaiian Goose and Chestnut Teal, so it will not disappear again - for good.
 
I'm working my way through HBW 11 right now and in the introduction it mentions the rediscovery of the Large-billed Reedwarbler earlier this year, with a photograph to prove it. But this one is just as great ! Gives me visions of all the other "lost" species that could still be there.
