Panama Storm-Petrels (1 Viewer)

I saw several Storm-Petrels from the Panama City-Contadora ferry on 2nd April. They were quite big. Were they most likely Black Storm-Petrels?

Very poor photo attached.

No other angles? otherwise, reading the field guide and the where to watch books probably will tell you as much as peoples guesses here.
