May I request the help of Hummingbird experts to confirm the ID of these, please.

My guesses are;

1 Coppery-headed Emerald
2 Stripe-tailed Hummingbird

Both photos taken at the brilliant Hummingbird Gallery in Monteverde.

Muchas gracias!

Dave

First looks good for female C-h Emerald, but I can't recall if there are any confusion species in that area (it's been a long time since I was out that way). Second I would agree with Stripe-tailed.

Cheers

James
