DigiScoping Eyepiece (1 Viewer)

Does anyone have any info on the DigiScoping Eyepiece being distributed by EagleEyeuk.com ?

This is an eyepiece made primarily for use when using a camcorder and spotting scope combination to DigiScope.

The idea is that you do not have to shoot at full zoom with your camcorder to prevent vignetting. My SONY TRV-900 Camcorder has 12x optical zoom and sometimes that is just too powerful for subjects that may be too close for DigiScoping.

The DigiScoping Eyepiece would replace your spotting scope's eyepiece when needed.

I haven't heard any news from Carlo about this eyepiece, it's been in development for some time... They are taking advance orders from tomorrow (18th)
They also have a new telephoto lens for large diameter cameras coming out (Canon G3 et al) and a generic cable-release bracket.
Regards
Andy
