Just thought I'd publicly thank Swarovski.

Lost a rubber eyecup of 12x50 WB over Xmas, emailed them a few days later and got an automated reply saying 'Back to work on 2nd December.
Today 4th, two full screw-in tubes, topped with rubber eyecups dropped through the door in a jiffy bag!!

Well pleased!
