I used Watch Lab for servicing sorry reconditioning my 1970 Omega about three or four years ago . They are Qmega authorised service and repairers and use genuine but expensive Omega parts. Watch Lab have a number of premises in major towns and cities I took my watch to the Leeds site but I understand the work is done in Preston. It is not a quick service but they will give you an indication of the timescale. I think they deal with a number of major watch brands.I should add that the watch came back looking pristine and keps better time than when it was new.
