a number of Common Names for this one. I know Andrew is talking about the same bird that I am thinking, so I confirm. Aka Red-backed Scrub-Robin (Cercotrichas [Erythropygia] leucophrys).
 
Yes.

If you want the correct name as now listed in Robert VII and Sasol 3rd edition is it White-browed Scrub-robin.
