Help with US duck species, please (1 Viewer)

Took these photos in Alaska in August 02. It was a very bright day and the duck images came out more grey than it actually was. Have tried to correct it back to the brownish colour, but not very successful. Anyway, I had written down female Green-winged Teal in my field notes, but now I'm thinking American Wigeon, due to the bill and lack of eye-line.

Can anyone confirm this id or tell me if I'm totally wrong!
