Question Bird call - Portland, Oregon USA

I heard this bird call at Powell Butte Nature Park in Portland, Oregon on June 15. I tried to get a look at the bird, but couldn’t see much. It appeared to be small, about the size of a warbler. It looked mostly brown, with possible black or yellow patterns as well. However it was late in the evening and somewhat dark, and the bird was behind a lot of branches, so I don’t know for sure what I saw. Take these descriptions with a grain of salt. The bird was in the coniferous forest. It’s been bothering me a lot lately, so I hope someone can help me with this!

Just want to clarify, there’s also a song sparrow chirping in the recording. Ignore that. Also I assumed the bird was a type of warbler, but I’m likely wrong.

The files won't open because there are periods in the file names.

Ohh, I see. I’ll try removing the extra period it to see if that works.

You can hear the recording? That’s funny, no one else can. Anyways I think you’re right. It does sound very similar to a black-throated gray warbler. It sounds a little faster, but black throated gray warblers are the closest thing I’ve heard to that call. They also fit what I saw, for the most part.
