I can hear Sparrows, a Robin and possibly a Cockatiel. Is there an aviary nearby?

No, there isnt any aviary nearby. Its a isolated area, no houses or buildings. Its the sound that starts between 1s and 2s that you say that it can be a cockatiel?

The cockatiel sound (I have one) is much later. Between 1 and 2 seconds is a kind of soft squeal.

To avoid misunderstanding, is it about the loud call that first starts between 1-2 s and is repeated twice (not completely identical but at least I think it's the same bird) or the soft squeal? Mainly I got the impression of Cockatiel from the last call. It always could be an escaped cage bird. The other possibility I can think of is Common Starling they imitate a lot...

i assumed the question is about the soft squeal which is heard 3 times in the recording. it sounds a bit like a juvenile coot to me. don't know how late coots can hatch in portugal..
