why not an adult or subadult? several moult waves present in primaries
I’m always struggling with these, not enough field experience with both

Sorry, my comment was not clear. I do think it's a subadult, I meant those primaries that look to me to be still of first generation (as P7, counted inwards).

That surely applies to me as well. My experience with raptors cannot be compared to yours. I'm just raising a few questions that seemed important to me.

Eastern Imperial for me, I can't see a Golden, shape and pattern all wrong IMO.
