Shore bird help in nyc (1 Viewer)

These shore birds were flying by at orchard beach in the bronx.taken today,on the beach was a sanderling and what appeared to be a couple of semipalmated sandpipers.thanks for any input before hand

I think they look good for semipalmated, they definitely appear to be peeps. The underwing pattern and lack of markings along the flanks point to semi as far as I can tell
 
Thanks tom.your help is appreciated,and the next day i had better shots of them.semi-pals with a few sanderlings.
