blackbird? thrush? Southern Italy

I saw this bird last week in Southern Italy - at the Herculaneum excavation south of Naples to be exact.

Is it a blackbird or a thrush of some kind ? The photo isn't the best because i just had to snap it
Thanks for any help
Alison
