Common Redstart or Black Redstart

Dear ID professionals,

would you please give me ID help for the attached photograph. My first thought was about a female Flycatcher but now I think of a Black Redstart female, a male in first winter plumage or Common Redstart.

The picture was taken in Bavaria at the end of August. Backwater and reed habitat. There were a few of them and they were hunting flying insects from branches.

Maybe on their migration because they are not here anymore.

Thank you in advance.
