Hawks - Dry Island Buffalo Jump Provincial Park, Alberta

1 & 2 are the same bird, 3 & 4 are a different bird later in the day. From this past weekend.

I am guessing both are Swainson's Hawks?

Sorry - cropped versions of 3&4. Will make it a little easier to identify!

I'm not an expert on NA birds, but the wing projection in the first picture (and the lack of a patagial bar in the second, and the relatively small bill) seems to suggest Swainson's Hawk to me.
Agree on Northern Harrier for the other pictures.

Yes, I thought the same. His tail didn't look right to me for Red-tailed, and his features look softer.

Here's two more of him flying away in case that's helpful for anyone.

Bird one is clearly a Swainson's... long wings(extending beyond the tail) in pic 1 and no patagial bar in pic 2. I agree with Northern Harrier for bird #2 as well.
