Can't identify bird just seen in Wisconsin, USA (1 Viewer)

Where: Sheboygan, WI, northwest side inside city limits, about 2 miles from Lake Michigan, on railing of rear deck
When: June 13, 2020 about 11:00 a.m.
Appearance: Size and shape of a large blue jay (including crown) but no blue. The colors were more like an oriole but not exactly, and more splotchy, not smooth transitions like a waxwing (body shape not like a waxwing and the crown was not swept back). Some dark gray, some subtle orange, white breasted. Flew away before I could get a photo.
 
I can't seem to come to any suggestions. Hopefully some one else will. It would be great if you could get a picture of it.
