I was thinking no. 1 might be a grey catbird
No 2 could be yellow Throated euphonia
And no ideas on 3,4 & 5

Don't take this wrong way but don't have a field guide with you I'm sure you could ID some of this birds yourself if you have one.

No I don’t have a field guide, as we only booked 4 days before we arrived, so didn’t get chance,
