How to know an American Redstart? (1 Viewer)

Dear birders,

Is there any chance to know an American Redstart is a female or a

juvenile . Bcos it is real confusing to me.Both are look the same. Thank you

That is the kind of info that Peter Pyle's guide (Identification guide to north american birds) is full of. Too much to copy over, I think.
