Unknown bird from Ecuador (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

Could anyone help me identify this bird? The photo was taken in Ecuador, on the slopes of the volcano Cotopaxi 4860m above sea level, on May 2.

I agree with sierra-finch, plumbeous based on memory but I don't have my field guide handy
