Could you please help to identify the some emberizid sparrows:

1) seen August 16
2) seen September 20
3-4) Could it be Swamp Sparrow? (judging by no marks on the breast)

I don't see anything wrong with the tail, but I can't get past the lack of rufous panelling in the wings.

Perhaps its the crest and head shape that is swaying me...I'll just pass on 1 :t:
