Common name
Clements: Bahia Nighthawk
H&M: Bahian Nighthawk
S&M: Caatinga Nighthawk
IOC: Plain-tailed Nighthawk
SACC: Bahian Nighthawk

So... I guess we stick with Bahian Nighthawk? All redirects are in place.

Scientific name
Clements: Nyctiprogne vielliardi (2005 update to 5th ed. and on)
H&M: Chordeiles vielliardi
S&M: Chordeiles vielliardi
IOC: Nyctiprogne vielliardi
SACC: Nyctiprogne vielliardi (2007 and on)

By our method we have H&M and S&M base saying Chordeiles. Here's the SACC's reasoning for changing to Nyctiprogne:
Cleere (1999) suspected that although a valid species, it was more closely related to Nyctiprogne than to Chordeiles. Whitney et al. (2003) provided evidence that this species should indeed be placed in Nyctiprogne. SACC proposal passed to reassign to Nyctiprogne.

I'd say with this clear evidence I would change to Nyctiprogne. In maybe 95% our consensus is working fine. In the others we should not be to stubborn;)
