Purple Sunbird with a sign

May I ask you about this bright spot on this Purple Sunbird?
It's a first time I've seen it. I couldn't find any photo on books.

seen: February 2019 / South of Iran

The photo belongs to my friend: Sanaz

I had the opposite experience of wondering where the orange tuft was, back when it was called Orange-tufted Sunbird in the field guide at the time
