Help Identifying a Bird of Prey (1 Viewer)

Hello, I live in rural Wales.

There's this big bird that's caught my attention recently. It has a loud, shrill, piercing call, similar to a red kite, but no forked tail. I don't think it's a buzzard, but it's so loud you can hear it in the house. It's probably one of the biggest birds I've seen. It makes this call whilst hovering over a wood, or perched in a tree.

Any ideas?

Many thanks ;)

Listen to the call and then compare it to a Buzzard call on google search.
Very likely is a BUzzard if its a shrill call, though there was an escaped Golden Eagle around mid-Wales a few years ago.
