Hello there,
Reposting this over here:
I'm working on a short animation, and am trying to find a small reddish/rusty bird (male), kind of like this one: http://www.photobirder.com/Bird_Photos/cozumel_vireo.jpg, and a small grey bird (female), kind of like the color of this one: http://mirror-pole.com/collpage/gray_fly/gf1.htm, to base two characters off of. So, if anyone knows of some pretty or interesting bird species matching those colors, basic body shapes (short beak and plumpish), and sizes, feel free to send them my way.
And hey, I'm pretty much thinking of a cozumel vireo for the male, and have only found about three photos of it (one of which is in birdforum's photo gallery), so any bird guide pages or photos of the bird would be greatly appreciated.
