Ringed Seal?

RBA have reported a possible Ringed Seal c300yds off the harbour mouth in Oban at midday today. Let's hope it's seen again & the ID confirmed!

I'm in Simon! Same crew as last Oban trip? We can take Dr Hows to give an exclusive to any loitering film crews!

I was thinking it had probably been seen from a boat. Any further info?
