Which prey of Peregrine Falcon is this? Alentejo Portugal

I presume this is a Peregrine Falcon but what kind of bird is its prey?

I agree with Collared Dove - well captured!

Not many Peregrines in the Alentejo interior (there are on the coast!) - when I see them I feel they are from a long way away - Scandinavia??
