sorry-forgot attachment before.

Please - I know its a long shot but could the attached bird be just possibly a cinerous wagtail, or is it just another yellow wagtail. I read that cinerous wagtails have wing bars.

Think you must mean Citrine or Yellow. As Richard has pointed out, it's the latter ;)
 
Thank you . Sorry for my mistake. I meant Citrine. I thought and hoped in vain that the two wing bars indicated a possible Citrine Wagtail.
