Richard's Pipit?- Delta Ebre-Spain (1 Viewer)

I am out of my comfort zone here but I found this bird yesterday in Delta Ebro and I would like some help.

Looks like a recently fledged Yellow Wagtail rather than a pipit. Also far more likely than a Richard's Pipit at the given location/time.

Hmmmm,
I can see why you say Wagtail but with that streaking......?

The streaking isn't symmetrical; I'd guess it is just that the feathers are a bit disordered, showing the dark feather bases that are usually hidden.

It's not parted feathers. Very young Y Wags have a gorget of streaks/blotches but quickly lose them after a few weeks.
