When you are in the field , you shoot many pictures. Afterwards you can use only some of them!
Here , I didn't have luck!
What is it for a bird?

Aythya collaris , also not Wiktoria!
Jurij Hanžel,Ring-necked Duck is not.
Yes , this birds are not so common in Greece,Firecrest!
More ideas?

Hasn't Tufted Duck already been suggested? My guess is that this is a dark looking Greater Scaup Aythya marila. I don't think this is at all easy though.

It is really not so easy.
This was one of the first shots I got.The bird was far away. I have some more.
I named the Thread " Field work ... hard work" .Isn't it?

Here comes a better pic!

Looking better in my field Guide I am now totally confused! :stuck:
I recognised this Duck as a Goldeneye. Now I must take this back.
I think thiw must be a confusion species Tufted Duck eclipse???? :storm:

Definitely not a Goldeneye. It actually does look like a Tufted Duck. Quick tip: if you're doing a quiz, you need to be sure about your identifications, otherwise everyone will get confused.
