Looking for comment's on this bird I observed yesterday.
I noted the following features which has left me a bit perplexed;
- obvious white eyeing
- obvious pale supercillium
- pale (but not yellow) legs
- apparent short tail in relation to the primary projection
- apparently clean looking tertials
- colder toned upper parts than nearby Common sand
- not heard to call, nor observed in flight

I am erring towards Common, but a few of the features are suggestive of Spotted.

Thanks Nutty, I don't have my laptop with me so just screenshots from my phone - not ideal.
I may pop via the site on the way home if weather conditions are better... just in case...!
