Fish Crow or American Crow? (1 Viewer)

From Flamingo in the Florida Everglades, about two weeks ago. This guy was following around turkey vultures in the parking lot.

Is he a fish crow or an American crow? Really hard for me to see the difference, but thought the smart minds here might be able to tell.

Thanks!

American Crows are the only crows at Flamingo. Which I always thought was weird, given that Fish Crows are usually the more common crow coastally in the rest of Florida.
