Black Kite? - Zimbabwe (1 Viewer)

I saw at least 50 of these birds feeding on the ground from far away....

Are these black Kites or something else? Sorry about bad pictures but I have many others(also bad) but many.

1 and 2 are Lesser Spotted Eagles (smallish bill and long feathered legs but very short trousers)
Black Kite with bare talon
3 and 4 look like Steppe Eagle but difficult pictures
if you see both side by side Steppe should be bigger

Just to add.... amongst those LSE's but higher up were these two...
Cape and white backed.. Confirm?
