Swift Observation 16x70 - any experiences?

Hello,

does anyone have an idea or personal experiences about the Build/optical quality of the old Swift Observation 16x70 binocular?
These are not common here in Germany but I could get one, if it is worth.

The 20x80 may be the one used in the old Baywatch T.V. programmes.
Long focus objectives maybe, good reputation.

Not sure of 16x70 but may be good.

The bigger ones need a tripod or pillar mount.

must be a really Long Beach at baywatch, when they need a 20x...
Not sure it is the best choice for use in emergencies... Maybe the best choice when Pamela is too far away;)
