Is it a red-footed falcon ?? Lebanon , Middle east (1 Viewer)

Hello to all


I believe these are red-footed falcons and not convinced about a Eurasian hobby . The red-footed falcon is an uncommon passage migrant through l
Lebanon and thus I don't have much experience with this species . I need your help and confirmations please . I got these birds today

Hi Bassel,
In my experience RFF is not that uncommon in autumn, super rare in spring though!

The second bird looks like it has a damaged left leg.

Thanks Richard for the info . Actually this is my first sighting of this species in Lebanon .

In Lebanon they should be more frequent during the 'autumn' migration as this species undertakes loop migration.
