Looks nice, but I assume will suffer from CA effects.

Hmmm, what makes it a Zeiss clone? That it's 85mm scope?

It has single speed focuser (unlike the Zeiss FL). It doesn't have fluorphosphate objectives (unlike the Zeiss FL). It apparently has "quality BAK-4 prisms" i.e. a porro prism erector (unlike the Zeiss FL). Warranty? 1 year (unlike the Zeiss's lifetime warranty)

Weigh is just 3.9 lbs is close to the Zeiss FL at 3.2lbs + 0.75lbs for the Vario eyepiece.

Does it have a wide field eyepiece? Not really but its not too bad. This one is 115.5 - 63.0 ft./1000 yd and the Zeiss is 129-60 feet at 1000 yards.

Looks like another inexpensive ($300) 80ish mm non-ED scope.

It is more "cloned" / similar to one of the available Hawke telescopes rather than a Zeiss 85 Diascope imo. This would follow suit (like many low to mid price binoculars)whereby the units are produced in the far east and then badged as required.

That's just what I was thinking, it looks a lot like the hawke frontier - http://www.birdwatch.co.uk/channel/reviewitem.asp?c=11&review=233 not a bad scope but nowhere near the quailty of the Zeiss.
