Willow Warbler confirmation please - (Isle of Mull in June) (1 Viewer)

Hi there. I am pretty sure this is a Willow Warbler but could be Chiff Chaff. I can't see the legs and can't remember its song. If someone could confirm it would be appreciated.

Thanks Jane and KC. Sorry for the delayed response. People on here never fail to impress me with their ID skills. Especially when there's such fine nuances that distinguish between birds and on top of that poor photography and difficult angles! Thanks again!
