Where did the Mockingbird go? (1 Viewer)

Since May, there's been a beautiful Mockingbird singing loudly & beautifully every day, all day (5am to 8pm) near my home in Austin, TX. Sadly, today, July 17, is the first day I haven't heard or seen him/her. Any idea what would cause the Mockingbird to go?

Are there common reasons that would cause a Mockingbird to leave it's territory after 2 months? Hope nothing harmed this beautiful bird

It's quite possible that it is busy with nesting season and feeding its young.
