Pembrokeshire Holiday help needed (1 Viewer)

I am planning a weeks holiday at the end of March in Pembrokeshire. I have never been to this area before so would like some advise on the best places to go birdwatching in March.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Dave

If you're visiting Pembrokeshire then Skomer Island is a must but I think unfortunately March might be outside the season to get onto the island. The mainland coastline near Skomer is a pretty good area, Martin's Haven has good bird life possibilities and my brother saw quite a number of Choughs at Marloes Sands just to the south (unfortunately I wasn't with him that day, although I did see some on Skomer).

Reasonable number of youth hostels in the area - some in pretty good locations for birds (and scenery).

If that's your thing, and you haven't already sorted that side of it. ;)
