Nikon mirrorless fist images and spec (1 Viewer)

Camera, grip, display and viewfinder looks pretty large.
Nikon will probably not try to compete with Sony or Fujifilm on size and weight rather than good ergonomics and handling. Nikon 1 probably was a pretty expensive experiment for Nikon.

Rumors say that the bayonet diameter will be larger. I guess it will be easier to make good WA lenses but lens weight might increase a bit. Lens in teaser looks almost as large as an average SLR lens to me.
And what will the diameter mean for adapters? Will Nikon force us to buy new lenses?

Nikon 1 is now history, if the new Nikon mirrorless system is the future will be interesting to see.
