Hi.....

Just come back from Anglesey after arriving Saturday morning and leaving Sunday afternoon. 52 Varities recorded...... and thats without lots I EXPECTED to see. There seems to be large numbers of goldfinch on the island at the moment and Carrion Crows everywhere......lol (even though..... whilst my wife and I were at South Stack...... A large group of inexperienced 'Twitchers' ...... but with all the 'gear' shouted 'LOOK CHOUGH' every time a Carrion came over..... perhaps they ought go and check their books...lol).

Anyway...... some nice birds around the Island......... South Stack..... Cemlyn... Newbourough Nature pond....... Maltraeth....... Church Bay....... Penrhos Coastal Walk and generally out and about.

Some nice sitings....... Lone Kittiwake..... wheatear..... stonechat..... white wagtail....... little grebe...... house & sand martin........ guillemot...... and a lovely little egret to name just a few......

Regards
