The Macmillan Field Guide to Bird Identification - editions?

Can anyone please tell me if there is there any substantive difference between the 1989 and 1994 editions of "The Macmillan Field Guide to Bird Identification", or is the later one just a reprint?

TIA, Chris Jones, Inverurie, Scotland

Sorry - I can't - but either will be well worth buying!

The 1994 issue was a reprint by another publisher and sold at a ridiculous 5, though the print quality was not as good as the original, the book was identical in every other aspect.

According to Amazon these books are fetching reasonable money! I've just rescued my rather battered second edition from the car boot/tip pile.
