Colour-ringed American Flamingo in Cuba

I wonder if any hive-minded fellows could help me to get in touch with the researcher(s) who have been fitting colour rings to American Flamingos?

We were able to read a ring recently in the Zapata Swamp area in Cuba.

Andy, I have e-mailed USGS and asked them if they know what the scheme is. I will get back to you if I get a reply.
