1 carrion crow
2 black kite
3 looks like another carrion crow on structure.

Isn't Kyrgyzstan outside the range of carrion crow, which is basically western Europe?

Agree #2 is a black kite!

It’ll be Eastern/Oriental Carrion Crow (Corvus corone orientalis ).

Checked; yes it is in range for C. c. orientalis (to my surprise, as I'd thought this was only found much further east).
